Horrible place

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is horrible since the new management took over. They don’t do their job at all. Perfect example I got eviction papers and the option was pay or move so I moved because they wanted me to pay and then move out the next month. I moved 2 weeks before the court date and they continued with the eviction and have been charging me rent like if I still lived there because THEY did not put in the system that I had already turned in my keys and move. And I’ve… been trying to get a hold of them for over a week with no luck.

cozy pleasent place to live

We love it here. We have lived here for a year and the managment has always been availabel and quick to respond to any concerns I may have. Simon and Richard are there when you need things fixed right away and they are pleasent, as is the managment, when you see them in passing. The price is great for the Springs. I WOULD RECOMEND FEATHERSTONE

Worst apartment experience I have ever had.

These are probably the most horribly managed apartments I have ever been to or lived. The newer landlady Austin, does not do anything about problems for months, and has kind of a bad attitude at times. couldn't wait to get out of there!

Quiet for the price

We have been here for over a year, we like the management and the maintenance very much. Pretty quiet complex. Neighbors are not very friendly. No ventilation or ac which is new to us. Pet policy is good and we are happy here. Will end up moving for a balcony or patio in the future.

Featherstone Apartments

Overall these apartments are not bad. I wish they had a dishwasher and a private porch but they are reasonably priced and in a good neighborhood.
