Great Location

The location is perfect. it is within walking distance of two major grocery stores & many other shops like Walgreeens & Ace Hardware. The cost is very reasonable for being just a few minutes walk from Historic Old Colorado City and a stones throw form access to Garden of the Gods & beautiful Manitou Springs. It is a very quiet beautiful neighborhood with deer that wander through our yard all the time. There is a great large semi-private back yard with an arbor. No carrying a trash can to the… curb as there is a large green box in the back. The realty company is always right there when any maintenance is needed. Having online bill pay for the rent is great. The views, on the east side of the building, of Cheyenne Mountain are breathtaking.
