Retreat at Austin Bluffs

Lived here for a year, was dreaming of my move out day after a month of living on the property.

The pool was never cleaned in the year i was here. Their was a slime that covered the pool surface you could see at a distance.
Their are infrequent walking paths, often none so lots of people after forced to walk their dog through the parking lot.
The parking lot was closed off in sections the entire time i lived their for parking lot maintenance, leaving lots of people with no parking because… their weren't enough spaces to start with. Additionally they would do nothing for a month at a time and then block off a different section of parking. Again for the full year i lived their.

Worst by far was when maintenance tried to break into my apartment at 2am. I was told maintenance would only come if requested or if they had to do repairs they would contact via email and let me know when they would be working on stuff in my apartment. No email, no call- no even a last minute one. Instead, with zero warning at 2am a maintenance person tried to use a staff key to get access to my apartment.
They only failed to get into my apartment because the neighbors had a habit of screaming at each other until the cops came, so i had a habit of putting my couch in front of the door since it had no additional security.

The apartments are amazing bigger than I expected well taken care of. A warm Thank you to Cheryl! She made the process so easy so helpful and a Very kind person. It's what we been looking for years for and now is home. Thank you so much to Randy and Nathan and Shannon for helping us they are very professional
