Shangri-la Mobile Home Park

I live here for several years, when I first moved in it was a good place to live. But over the years it has gotten so much worse. Mangers come and go so fast and you are never notified when one leaves. There are so many cars here that it's hard to even get in and out of your driveway.

They release rule and regulations but seem to pick and choose who follows them. Some people leave their yards a giant mess and nothing is said. While other people seem to have every little thing nit picked.

The... pipes that run through the park are in bad shape. And since the park is all on the same water bill it's up to the tenants to pay for that on top of the already crazy high water bills.

No management and kids rule the place. Damaging property and nothing getting done about it.
