Overall, my experience at Stetson Hills is positive. The leasing office staff are very friendly and willing to assist as needed. The maintenance staff keeps a clean community. Would recommend as a lovely place to live.

Very nice community, very clean everywhere. Some residents are not very aware many are parked in middle of road. Parking is very limited here.

So far, we really love it here! Grounds are great, people seem friendly. Even with the unfortunate event of having our car stolen, the staff has worked with the police to do everything they can to help us!

Everything has been smooth sailing from day 1! The move in process was very simple and smooth. Maintenance has been nothing but amazing and very quick! I LOVE our unit and the community is so quiet and clean. I love it here at Stetson Ridge!
