Have had several maintenance issues since moving in but nothing major. Though we have had our water turned off for whole days at a time since living here for only three months but the neighbors are cool and for the most part it’s really not bad to live in.

Love It here nice friendly staff and community love the view and all the extra stuff that comes with living here close to a trail and business its like a village within a city

We chose this location for my daughter so she would have access to a lot of amenities. Great location and the apartment itself is great, the common areas could use some work and should reflect the fit and finish of the units.

Maintenance and front office staff are wonderful and helpful. A few occasionally noisy neighbors, but overall quiet community. They are making sure the kids at the pool are supervised now which is a great relief. The playground for the kids could use some updating.
