It’s in a very busy urban neighborhood , but still feels peaceful, kids out playing with their friends in the great community spaces. So conveniently located to the Interstate, you can be anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. Older buildings, which haven’t been remodeled, but the cost reflects that.

The residents are friendly and pleasant and friendly: always willing to help. The "office" has been very good at working with me on certain issues. They are also very friendly and welcoming.

Apartment was dirty at move in. Hallways are filthy and stink. Noisy, dog poop and pee in the hallway. Management refused to let me do a walk through before signing lease or moving in. Pool was green most of the summer. Most of the issues are with the residents, however these apartments are not taken care of by the company.

This is a ok place . It certainly could be a lot cleaner in the common areas such as hallways , laundry room and parking lot . Not sure who it is that needs to step it up . I am thinking it is both sides the tenant s as well as the folks that run the place . I would think everyone would like it to be a nice ,cleaner place to call home . Don't ya think that all of us need to pitch in and do the right thing . Clean up and paint it and redo it make it look appropriate.

Love loving here. Great views, friendly staff. Quite neighborhood. Good prices and responsive maintenance staff. Tons of cute dogs on property.
