pretty good! the fact that we can’t control ac/heat is hard especially because may has been in 80 degree weather and there’s no ac. There’s a quick response time to a lot of things but this really stinks, we already pay utilities and we haven’t even turned on the heater yet pay a lot? hopefully ac soon!

Still unsatisfied and will likely not renew. Being unable to use or have any control over my AC is unacceptable, on top of other concerns I have expressed.

It is nowhere like the reviews... the neighbors are nice! My kids made friends in no time! The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer

Our building isn't the cleanest and there has been stains on the hall walls for years. There is constantly some type of graffiti or mess in the laundry room and normally only one washer and dryer work. There schedule activities for residents on weekdays when most people are at work and school. For example the scheduled a Easter egg event on Friday during the day. They easily could have had it on a Saturday. We were asked about our screens about a year ago so they could replace any that need... replacement. They still haven't replaced the ones needed. About six months ago they came to do maintenance in my apartment and said they were schedule a time to fix my floor and my bathroom. I still haven't heard back about that either. Been with them for almost 7 years and at renewal asked if I could get some kind of promotional deal and was told no.
