Clean, quiet, close to work. Love the bunnies, birds, view of the mountains, and all the grass. Walking distance to lots of places to eat or hang out.

I love the community. It would be nice to not have so many potholes. It would also be nice to upgrade the dog park. As there are some holes in the fence and it has a urine odor to the park.
