My experience has been nice so for. I like my neighbors and its not too noisy. Heather is an amazing landlady. I am planning on staying her for the next few years of my life.

I am giving 5 stars to Ms. Heather that works in the office. We have only just moved in, but Ms. Heather made us WANT to! She was so kind, accommodating, and patient.

As for the facility itself, we have yet to find anything wrong or sub-par than what we expected. Everyone in the community has been friendly and welcoming. Our apartment is spacious and affordable!

Great Front office assistance , friendly neighbors . A good view of the mountains, close by stores and 10-15 minutes away from fort carson for military members . dog friendly community , 5 mins away from lake for runs or just to enjoy nature

I love the apartment and the staff it really feels like home. If I had to change or fix something I would love to see the grounds kept up a little bit better. Unfortunately people make messes and don't clean it up and unless some of the other residents or myself clean it up it will stay that way.
