View on Centennial

I’ve been here before the ownership change and I finally feel comfortable to walk into the clubhouse to ask for help or any direction with anything. The new management is exactly what this apartment complex needed and I have no complaints about it. Get respect and support if you give it and that’s exactly what View on Centennial does for me!

I absolutely love the promptness and the professionalism of the leasing office and maintenance team.

Admittedly, the apartments and amenities (when open) are nice. However, it is the conduct of some residents and unauthorized people on the property that cause much concern. Cigarettes are smoked, not only in units, but in the main hallways and left all over the property and even inside common areas of the apartment buildings. Dogs are allowed to roam freely without a leash also all over the property and inside common areas of the apartment buildings. Exterior doors are nearly CONSTANTLY propped... open for all sorts of people to enter and roam the halls as they please. This invites litter, unauthorized people, and unsafe conditions into the apartment building. Additionally, there has been documented evidence of hard drug usage. Law enforcement has been called numerous times. The military police have even been deployed to deal with these out of control issues. I have personally emailed property management on several occasions over the past month and have NEVER received a reply. It seems as though management does not care for the safety or sanitation of their units. I have no clue who I will come across on a daily basis and what kind of mental state they might be in. I have personally witnessed aggressive behavior and drug usage from people who prop open the doors and enter without a key fob. Outlook West Mesa appears to be a safe space for potentially violent drug users. Management has offered zero assurances. They have explained that their attorneys are involved. They said they are taking "necessary steps" to remediate the issues. Two weeks ago, Alicia in the office even said that "it will not be an issue moving forward", only for the situation to get progressively worse every day. I do NOT feel safe in my apartment. My dog also has to come into contact with the trash left behind and the unchecked dogs that roam. I have to constantly worry about my dog getting caught in the cross-fire of these unacceptable conditions. I could not even imagine having a child in this situation. I pay far too much to feel abandoned by my property management. If you wish to live in a place with secure facilities, sanitary conditions, the absence of Schedule 1 drugs, and a management team that advocates for its residents that actually adhere to their lease agreements, I would highly recommend to look elsewhere. The team at Outlook West Mesa made my move in QUICK and EASY! Since living at this property, I have encountered amazing conversations with the staff in the leasing office - their communication with the residents needs are outstanding! The maintenance team have been so helpful with provided quick and sufficient service. Calling Outlook West Mesa, my home, has been amazing! Thank you so much! 1000/10 recommend residency here.

It has a very beautiful pool area and very nice views you can see from your porch or from walking around.
