The neighborhood is quite during the day but shootings on the weekends make it hard to want to stay here. My neighbor's are nice and considerate!

My overall experience living at Woodside has been great! Management was very friendly and inviting from the very start, making the entire application process simple and easy to get through. Since becoming a resident at Woodside, management has continued to be nothing but courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome. The response time to maintenance requests has been super fast and maintenance has also been helpful and professional. The property is also well maintained and clean. Do not rent here
I was treated very poorly by the manager. I called for a viewing on Monday and she told me she was busy with inspections and move ins. She was very rude but I figured it was because she was stressed (WRONG). We agreed on Wednesday 7/15 at 1330. Wednesday comes around and I get there early at 1300. Some guy comes out and starts interrogating us and asking why we were there and proceeds to tell us to leave. My sister and I figured no problem they may be out for lunch. We come back at 1330 and the... lady was so rude and told me she had no available units and basically tried to kick me out right away. She was very rude and snarky. I had a whole 3 minute tour and was kicked out and was not allowed to ask questions. The least she could have done was called me between Monday and Wednesday to let me know so i didn't have to waste my time. The apartments are so small I felt claustrophobic. A few blocks down the road the neighborhoods were bad and cars were broken into. Would not RECCOMEND this place at all. Save your money for someone who cares about you as a customer.
