Free street parking is available with some restrictions. On the immediate block, parking is limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, parking is unlimited and free. You can apply for a 90-day parking pass to park in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, and dogs must be added to the reservation. Additional pets or months will be collected off-platform via our Resident Center Portal. Damage or excessive cleaning charges due to pets will be charged to the guest.
The apartment is ideally located just 1 block from City Park and 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens. It's 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market and 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are just 10 minutes away, while Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, and violation of this policy will result in damage fees. Noise disturbances are taken seriously, and a warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances. Additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property without a refund. All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins, and all dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities.
