This place is ready to go with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, a storage space, antenna TV, high speed internet. Two washers and dryers are in the basement.
I'm looking for a renter who will treat my condo well. I do references and a background check. I am asking $1800 a month. This excludes your energy bill, which will be charged in addition. Payment will be required up front, and the lease starts the first of the month. I also require a $1800 security deposit. $200 cleaning fee. The place is available immediately.
