Rent is $2400 per month and includes use of a storage unit. A low $50/month flat fee covers HOA costs, gym, water, sewage, trash, recycling, heat and includes one in-building, reserved parking spot. A second in-building parking spot is available for only $85/month. Pets are allowed per owner's approval and will require a pet deposit.
