When we used to live there they had no water for 1 whole month people were protesting got charged extra cleaning fee when i deep clean the apartment when i moved out i wouldnt even take a tour with this guys!!!

I was filling out my application for this rental property and unfortunately, I was requested to pay a $1,000 security deposit. It was also really difficult getting an appointment for a tour. I am disappointed that this community did not work out for me.

The units are nice enough but overpriced. Bad location with lots of homeless around. Management is a terrible mix of incompetent, unresponsive and neglectful. There are better places to live.

Communication with management is by far the worst I've had at any apartment, I've been trying to contact management for awhile now about an issue with my apartment and its been over a month and I haven't receieved a response -- highly recommend finding a different place.

Live in the modern apartment with a balcony is a must! It is like a beautiful home in my dream to live in. And a laundry on-unit is a bonus. Love it.
