Noise disturbances should be minimized, especially for those working from home. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, with additional disturbances resulting in eviction without refund. All trash must be taken out and dishes placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 fee for return. Maintenance issues should be reported promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made for mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities. The host controls central heat, while guests control window AC units and fans.
