Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. The property does not have a designated parking lot, and street parking is the available option. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
