Qualification Worksheet.
People who want to apply to become a resident shall complete the Rental Questionnaire and deliver it to the owners agent the day of viewing the property.

After meeting the financial qualifications and having completed the rental questionnaire applicant may be invited to take the personality test. After successful completion of the personality applicant will be invited to make a formal application for residency.
Applicants are expected to have FICO Score above 620 and no record of evictions or criminal convictions for the past 5 years.
