What This House Offers

This funky, sunny, quad level house has so much to offer! It has brand new central A/C too! There is a caveat, which is no back yard access, but there is a... great front porch and yard! If that's cool with you, read on!

If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee, or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
