Good, all things considered! Facilities are generally clean. I understand that the building is old and shutoffs can be unavoidable, but the water shutoffs are frustrating when the rent is so high. I wish they offered rent credits or something when water is frequently shut off.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it has been very nice. Maintenance is timely, nice, and helpful. The gym is great. Also the office staff have always been nice and helpful as well.

Been for 8 years and love it now more than ever!

My partner and I have lived here since the building was renovated back in 2017. We have been through different iterations of staff and management and can say that the most recent change in maintenance has been the best thing to happen in a long time. Justin is amazing and does an excellent job with everything he touches. The ladies in the front office are always helpful and eager to make everything pleasant and easy for all tenants. We love our view and all the cute doggies in the building. We... love it at 800 Penn and will be here as long as it suits our lifestyle.

Not bad but not amazing. Overall I love this place. The building is old so there’s those type of problems. Gym is nice. Dog friendly and lots of them.
