Free upscale gym and free premium coffee to start your day!

A well maintained modern gym and premium coffee makes living in a well maintained historic building downtown off the newly renovated 16th Street Mall just a bit more special. Responsive professional and kind staff and maintenance team available 24/7. Security building is a priceless extra that living downtown makes me and my family feel extra safe

Nice place to be but the elevator is often out of order. Occasional noisy neighbors but overall pretty good! I do wish that the lobbies and common floor areas were more clean but really not that bad.

I love living here! The office staff are so nice and maintenance is handled right away, if it is needed. The only caveat at times would be parking, at times.
