A Place to Call Home

I have lived in the building for a few years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run building, located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, tennis, and a bustling village. The floor plans are well designed, with my favorite being the "mud room" in the entry way. The amenities are well-maintained and the sunsets on the roof deck are not to be missed. The management team is knowledgeable, responsive, and provides that extra sense of comfort when you seei them in... the lobby as you enter the building.

Wonderful living experience!

The staff were always friendly, attentive and responsive. Wait times for maintenance help were never long. The amenities were ALWAYS taken care of. I really loved living there and would live there again if I decide to go back to apartment life! And big S/O to Kieran, Bri and Justin who are so great at their jobs!

Favorite Place I've Lived

5 Stars for GCCN! I love living here, and have renewed my lease multiple times. The staff is wonderful, the location is perfect, the building is well maintained, and the amenities are great!

LOVE this building

I moved into the Griffis in September of 2022 and have absolutely LOVED my experience here thus far. The apartment is beautiful and the finishes in each of the homes are great. The amenities are now complete and make the building that much more of an amazing place to live. I love the gym, pool and rooftop. Additionally, the location is spectacular. We are walking distance from Cherry Creek North and the mall (both of which have great shopping and food), walking distance from the cherry creek... trail and from the Gates so that we can participate in outdoor activities daily. WE love it so much that we have resigned our lease for another year.

Amazing Team and Community!

Hassan and the entire team are absolutely amazing! Their communication and response time is top notch. They truly provide 5 star service to each and every tenant. The entire community is kept very clean, and is very safe and secure. GCCN is hands down the best apartment community that I have ever lived in.
