Amazing Group Of People

I toured three properties today, and Hampden Heights was my last stop—turns out, I truly saved the best for last! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The entire team was amazing, from the manager to the leasing staff, and even the maintenance team member who held the door for us as we walked in.
Their customer service stood out immediately. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the community feel inviting and showed a level of professionalism and... kindness that other offices should absolutely take note of.
If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that goes above and beyond, Hampden Heights is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Very helpful

The move in process was very smooth. All of the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Mariana was great in helping with the transition, and she helped me get moved in with the best intentions for my finances. I appreciate all her help and I am very content here so far. I’m very grateful.

Not accessible

Went to get keys on a Saturday office hours 9 am til 5pm and office was closed at 1pm came back at 3 pm office still closed . Not a good look for a new tenant

Very Personable Office Staff

I am a brand new resident. As I walked into the office there was a line of people that needed help, it was a Monday so there were many questions from anxious people that needed attention. As I patiently waited I was greeted by a very friendly lady with the warmest most welcoming smile. Most people would be flustered and she was very patient and kind not to mention helpful. Joelle stopped what she was doing to assist me with my mailbox and answer all my questions. I am very happy to call Hampden... Heights my new home.
