The office manager Rosemary was very helpful. She made sure that I got the apartment that I needed. She’s very friendly. The maintenance staff Michael and Darrell are very nice as well. Thank you Rosemary for all of your help. I totally appreciate it.

Move in

Christina was amazing with the move in process, worked really well with me with application process and was very flexible. The apartments are very nice everything was in good condition, love that it has a pool and gym and is very quiet and peaceful made a good decision moving into skyline.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend!
I've been living at Skyline Apartments in Thornton, Colorado for about two months now, and I absolutely love it. The service has been amazing from day one, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rosemary, the Manager—she’s been incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The community is clean, quiet, and feels really well taken care of. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents. I 100% recommend...

Grateful for the office ladies

My family is very grateful for the ladies in the office and the guys who do maintenance for trying to keep this property safe and secure. We are tired of seeing homeless people smoking fentanyl and trashing out the property. Thornton police have way too much to do through out the city so we are happy the property managers actually manage the property. Keep up the good work!

Two very rude ladies at the leasing office

I was here yesterday and there were two ladies who were very unprofessional and were yelling at everyone, causing a scene. Basically any kid that was in a hoodie or anything would get cussed at by them. Very rude toxic area and those ladies are insanely unprofessional. I hope management does what they need to do to stop this from happening.
