Be aware that if you work from home, it is only their internet provider you can use. Had a few instances where it went down or was very slow, hindering the ability to work from home, even when connected via Ethernet. The garage doors on the first and second level often break and after being here for 14 months, I would say they have worked half the time. Today, water has been out for over an hour with no call back for any updates or reasons. Staff is fine but the building outsources their calls... and has to go through 2-3 waves of transfers to get someone direct.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and still very new, which really shows in the design and overall feel. One thing that has stood out to me is how well it’s constructed-noise hardly carries, which makes it feel peaceful and private.

Since the building is only about a year old, I’ve run into a few issues here and there, which is to be expected with any new construction. What truly sets this place apart, though, is how the team... handles those situations. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to resolving issues quickly have been exceptional.

I actually leased my apartment sight unseen, which can be a bit of a leap, but I have absolutely no regrets. The level of service and care from the team has exceeded my expectations, and it’s made living here a really positive experience. I had the most wonderful experience touring this beautiful building today. The amenities are truly top tier — I was blown away by the number of thoughtfully designed shared spaces, perfect for someone who works from home like I do. The apartments themselves are stunning — high-end finishes, spacious layouts, and an overall luxury feel that’s hard to find. After a tough week and a disappointing experience at another property, this visit completely turned things around.

I toured this facility 5 months ago, and this was 1 of 3 apartments in the area I am wanting to move into, after touring this place a 2nd time, I feel like this the place I want to live at. Tyler was very gracious & professional & answered all my questions without hesitation. The place is absolutely gorgeous & I highly recommend seeing Hanover Rino.
