Renters beware
On the surface, this is a lovely building. The staff, residents, and amenities are nice.
But, buyer/renter BEWARE... this building is borderline uninhabitable. Catastrophic construction issues have created chronic, widespread plumbing and heating problems.
The building suffers from routine water leaks - resulting in significant flooding damage to a number of units and common spaces. Ad a result of these leaks, the building often shuts off water and heat for 24+ hours. The water and heat have... been shut off for over 7 days since the beginning of the fall. Be careful signing a lease or purchasing here.
