Extremely frustrating experience
After paying rent on time in full for 14 months straight, suddenly I was banned from paying rent because of an insufficient fund charge that was quickly resolved. This means for the past 6 months I've had to pay rent through cashiers check, which has been insanely difficult with a broken ankle and visiting sick family members. Everyone I've talked to has been insanely unhelpful, even though I have already proven I have sufficient funds in my account to pay rent.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced, and we completely understand how challenging this situation has been, especially given your personal circumstances.
Per our community policy... , after two instances of insufficient funds (NSFs), we do require certified funds, such as cashier’s checks or money orders, for a period of six months. This policy is in place to help ensure successful future transactions. After that six-month period, residents are able to resume making payments through the online portal.
If you believe there was an error with any of the NSF charges, we would be more than happy to investigate further. Our goal is always to provide a seamless, supportive experience, and we want to work with you toward a meaningful resolution. I will personally be in contact.
All the best,
Tracey Gonzales
