Destiny & Alex in the office are great! Destiny is the one I worked with more throughout the last 2 months getting prepared to move in September. She was great. She got back to me in an efficient time and gave us a great tour. She was great through the whole experience.

HOWEVER, I could only rate 3 stars because of the condition of the place upon me be in. Apparently they hired cleaners to insure our apartment was move in ready, but appears they paid for nothing. The place stunk horrible, the… only thing cleaned in there appeared to be the tubs, the oven and microwave. With wiped counters. The floors and everything else were filthy. Mirrors had water all over them, pee was in the toilet and there were scuff marks and grime, all over the floor. Not toemtion, our backdoor didn't lock. We had to fix it ourselves

It looked like a new home inside. All repairs were done by the next day. All staff were helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. There are regular sized washer and dryers. Their is a tub in each bathroom and appliances are as clean as a new appliance.

Been nothing but unpleasant since being here. Can't shower due to mold remediation, they said it's fine but there's literally insulation/fiberglass above our shower and it isn't covered up. We also are down a toilet, with holes in the walls.

Okay place compared to other places I've stayed not too bad. Management is decent enough, and it seems like a quiet enough place pricing is not the greatest, but is tolerable

It's a nice neighborhood and the apartments are nicely put together and I love the layout.

However, It took the maintenance man 6 months to fix our dishwasher; thankfully it still ran but it would fall out of the wall every time it was open. He finally fixed it. Communication isn't the best either.
