Sienna at Cherry Creek Apartments

So far so good was. Place is decent, there was a couple things broken and not working and it took them almost a month of me living here to come in and fix them. But there fixed now so it’s good. Some neighbors can be loud blasting music but it’s not all the time, can just be annoying at times when trying to sleep. But again it’s not all the time. But other then that it’s mostly quite here and peaceful.

Move-in was worse than expected due to the high volume in the community, the constant hammering, and the neighbors loud enough to hear from the next building over. Broken cabinet, dishwasher floods, seems like no one even checked this unit before our move-in.

cleanish move in. parking lot layout is very confusing. minor damage to our unit upon arrival, and the neighborhood is very noisy. otherwise, is as expected, with fully functional appliances. decent at best, all things considered.

This is an AWESOME place to live! Sienna has a great maintenance team and office personnel! Always so friendly, kind, and helpful? I love my home!

My experience here has been nothing but bad. I never recommend anyone to move here because of the simple fact that they do not care about their tenants. There’s been 3 different management changes in the last 3 years, that has to say something. Rent is constantly raising when the condition of the apartments are poor and outdated. Management never picks up the phone when you call and they’re never there during business hours. Maintenance is also sorry, it takes constantly bugging them about... repairs in order for anything to be done. There’s absolutely no communication between management, maintenance and tenants for anything. The way the apartments’ quality is, they should be low income based but they keep raising prices for outside repairs instead. Lee mas
