Save Yourself a Headache - Don’t Rent Here
I’ve only had to live here 3 weeks to find out how badly managed this place is. It takes about 2 weeks for a maintenance request to be completed, and even then, they’re likely to not closely read the issue and mark your maintenance as done without ever looking into it. My bathroom sink has leaked since I moved in. When maintenance finally did show up (while I was away), they only checked the kitchen sink even though it clearly stated bathroom. I’ve been told 3 different mailboxes are mine and my... original key didn’t work for any of them. When I finally got a “working” key and confirmation on which mailbox actually was mine, low and behold the key still didn’t work. The front office never answers phone calls or returns calls if you leave a message. The apartments themselves are nice, but it’s not at all worth the headache of trying to get the staff to do anything for you here.
