The Elisabetta - Income Restricted Apartments

This new 91-unit community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of much-needed affordable housing for residents earning 30, 50 and 60 percent of Area Median Income. Twenty-five percent of the apartments will be set-aside for residents living with a disability. All the apartments will be adaptable and accessible for tenants and visitors with varying disabilities.
