Roaches, Rats & Incompetent building managers
Infested w/roaches, rats, hot water issues constantly, leaks in ceiling, washers/dryers broken at least once a week. Neighbors will wake you up all night, dog owners don’t leash their dogs

Huge ROACH & RAT problem. No hot water. Broken community washers and dryers. Don’t be fooled by “the renovations”
