How Is This Rating Determined?

Constant smoke inside apartment

Multiple tenants have been complaining for months about constant second-hand smoke coming through the vents and management has brushed them off. They simply do not enforce the no-smoking policy that they have and we have been getting daily headaches and very sick for months. I have never lived in a place that had this issue.

Management is TERRIBLE

The place is brand new and has wonderful amenities but the management is absolutely awful. They are extremely unprofessional, constantly have maintenance issues that go unresolved for several days, and treat tenants poorly.

Loved this property.

I had a great tour with Cassia and Manit was very helpful when I called back with more questions. I haven’t leased yet, but I look forward to doing so later this fall
