The living experience here has been elevated past our expectations and dreams! We love everything! From the beginning, Suzanne in leasing management had gone above and beyond and the process has been so quick and smooth! We had to vacate our apartment because of a pest problem and we were able to move in within a week.

We used jetty which had made move in a no brainer! There was no way we could afford to rent a house with a huge deposit up front, and we had always been stuck in an apartment... for years. With the specials, and Jetty deposit assistance, we had an escape from the dreaded apartment living and will never go back! We really do feel like the house is ours. Our quality of life has improved immeasurably.

We love everything about it here. The build of the home is done right and not sloppy. It’s really a beautiful home. Maintenance has been on top of anything immediately before it becomes an inconvenience.

The neighborhood is so quiet, clean and pleasant. We have said it’s like a quaint little hallmark community. If you’re looking for peace and happy living, come be our neighbors!

I have really enjoyed living here for the last 8 months. I have enjoyed how quiet and respectful the community is, and the proximity to open spaces for walking and biking. Downtown Erie is close by with some nice restaurants and coffee shops. The townhomes are beautiful with nice finishes and plenty of space/storage. It has met or exceeded my expectations as a high-end rental experience.
