I love my apartment but I find it very confusing when I need to turn in a work order. My window needs some work as well as my fire place cover. I think my front door isn’t sealed well so I’m worried about cold air getting in this winter. Also my bathroom fan isn’t working properly. I will try to get in the portal and see if I can figure it out.

Move in process was very easy and location is good. Apartment was mostly clean at move in with the exception of a few cobwebs. Very nice community.

they have hidden fees. they have crummy maintenance, bugs everywhere, their rent is outrageous for what theyre offering. id rather live in a cardboard box than to live here.

The apartment was not cleaned very well. There were cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets were sticky. The grounds are well kept and community areas seem well maintained.
