They scheduled a tour for us, and the day before we tried to call them and confirm the tour but I could NOT get past their AI bot. I arrived on time for the tour and the office was closed, with several "Sorry we missed you" stickers on the door. If they are this bad to communicate with prospective tenants, I can't imagine how unresponsive they are to those already on the hook for rent.

Es lo mejor me encantó, el apartamento , es muy amplio y todo es muy limpio. Me encanta ya que cuenta con un parque para niños, el lugar es muy tranquilo y agradable.

Move in was really smooth. Maintenance requests have been speedy with great communication. Staff has been wonderful to deal with. Surprisingly quiet in the complex for the most part.
