I love my apartment and I love how easy it was to move in but there was definitely a catch. All the additional fees like maintenance, pest control, trash, water etc make the price significantly higher than I initially signed on for. The location is spectacular and I love my porch looking out over a big grassy area with nice trees. Neighbors are all quiet and respectful - except for letting all their friends and visitors take the best parking spots. I’m very happy here but it is considerably more... a month than I was led to believe.

The leasing office staff (Andrew and Wren) are so helpful and kind. The apartment interior is perfect for us. The area is beautiful with lots of trees and we have friendly neighbors. The complex is in central FoCo so it’s convenient to get anywhere in town.

We were moved to a temporary living space because we have mold and mushrooms growing in our wall due to a leak that we put in a work order for almost 3 months ago and we have not heard anything back since being moved to this temporary living situation after almost a month and leaving a few voicemails. The temporary living spot has a broken fridge and a damaged toilet drain that we can’t get a hold of the office about as they won’t answer and we have had to throw out all of our refrigerated foods... .

Recently my vehicle was broken into breaking the door lock and ignition causing over thirteen hundred dollars in damage. Management says there's nothing they can do. But I believe by putting a cheap $10. Sign out front that says it's protected by cameras with the terror a lot of thieves. Or even fake cameras. Just wish there was something more management could do to help or reverse for damages.It's something like this occurs.

Great place, I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and moving in was a smooth process. The community feels safe and welcoming, and it’s nice having amenities that make day-to-day life easier. The location is convenient, with everything I need close by, and parking has been easy.
