My only holdback from giving 5 stars is that after being here for a year they thought offering us a lease renewal at the same price we currently pay was a great deal. Especially when there are people moving in at a cheaper rate for the same size apartment.
Other then that this has been a wonderful community to live in.

Really awesome moving into a freshly done apartment , good coordination and very good sales skills and flexibility. Neighbors and atmosphere will win you over, this is a place I can say feels like Colorado how it did years ago. Subtle neighborhood with proud hardworking people.

So far so good! Place is clean, safe, has community event, and management is nice! I just wish the hot tub was fixed and the walls were thicker.

I have only been here for a little over a week but so far I like it. Parking is a very nice change of pace from my last place. Having dumpsters at every building is appreciated, it seems to keep trash down in the community. The team in the office has been super helpful and understanding of situations. They are fairly quick to respond to emails and answer my questions promptly.

Under new management changes, we have received great customer service. Very nice staff. Our refrigerator went out suddenly and they replaced it quicker than I thought possible.
