This property is clean, quite and has great rent prices. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and really do care for the property and tenants.

Peaks On Drake
Peaks on drake is a wonderful apartment complex. Vanessa does a great job at coordinating day to day business and is very accommodating when needs arise in apartments. Jack does a great job at fixing any issues within the apartment in a very timely manner.

Unsafe, lazy, rude staff
I’ve lived here for a year and it has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. There’s been constant drug busts and shootings since I’ve moved in and they try to say that they have new management and that things are changing but things are not changing the only thing that’s changing is they’re trying to take more money from the residents that were already tricked into moving here. There’s roaches, there’s crackheads, they upgraded like two apartment units and act like the rest of the... apartment complex is updated. Trash
