I've had a mostly positive experience living here so far.

One of the biggest highlights is the overall design of the apartments. The layouts are thoughtfully designed, and the interior finishes give the units a modern, attractive feel. The community amenities are also excellent, including the pool, BBQ area, clubhouse, and a 24-hour gym. The facilities are well-designed and add a lot of value to the community. We were only able to use the pool once before it went under maintenance, so hopefully... it will be consistently available in the future.

The location is extremely convenient. The South Transit Center is only a 2–3 minute walk away, making public transportation very accessible and providing great connectivity around the city.

I also appreciate the sense of community here. There are occasional resident events that make it easier to meet neighbors, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. So far, the neighbor experience has been great.

The main drawbacks are related to construction quality and building infrastructure. In our unit, there are noticeable gaps between the walls and flooring in some areas, and we've seen insects coming through those openings. There is also a significant amount of noise from the air conditioning system, which can be disruptive at times.

If the construction details and noise issues were improved, this would be an easy 5-star property because the design, amenities, location, and community atmosphere are genuinely outstanding.

The first few weeks have been ok. Residents seem friendly and quiet. The pool area is clean and my kids and grandkids loved when we used the pool. So far so good.

Staff great! Parking could be better. Wish some residents respected the quietness in halls and slamming of doors. Love the amenities here, pool, dog wash, car wash, gym, dog park.
