Overall, nice place to live. Great distance to the Mason bike trail, Bus lines, and other places around South Fort Collins. Every place has there flaws but overall would recommend to friends and family.

The Granary has been an amazing place to live so far. The community, staff, and location make for a very comfortable and friendly living situation. There may be some tiny issues with wifi speeds tending to be slow and certain community amenities (The Grills) not being 100% clean and maintained, however, the Granary is almost perfect to live in. This is a big improvement from most apartments in the surrounding areas and is in prime location of almost everything you’ll need. I would definitely... recommend living here!

This place is exactly what anyone in Fort Collins would need. Beautiful appliances and exteriors paired with the closeness of businesses and the heart of the town make this spot unbeatable. Definitley would recommend to anyone in Fort Collins!
