The Administration and Maintenance department stands second to none. They generate value through their concern and ongoing support for their residents. The staff is professional and does what they promise. The front office and the Maintenance department (Art and Eddie) exceed expectations

I have live here for four years and there is a great team here now. The area is nice and I feel comfortable walking my dog pretty late. Look, I know no one cares about service anymore, but Maria is amazing. Her expectations from her team are high, but she works right along side them. The is a great manager and leader. I would keep her happy, because she is priceless in the hiring pool.

I’ve lived in the community for a number of years now. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. Pool is open year-round, centrally located dog park, friendly and quiet neighbors. walking distance to a liquor store, a little pub with a number of beers, a wood-fired pizza spot, and a nice restaurant called Hickory and Ash. Plus very easy access to Highway 36, not far to grocery stores including Target, and a 10 minute drive to the Flats Crossing mall.
