Happy to be here

Moved out here from the Midwest, and my partner and I opted for this place. It looked pretty nice for a reasonable price and is only 10 minutes from the Foothills Campus. The apartment is nice - solid appliances, great internet, and a few smart home devices. Both the management team and maintenance crew are super friendly, and have been reaching out often as the construction continues on other buildings. Was invited to their first "resident event" at Old Town Putt this past weekend, which was a... little surprising - none of my previous apartments had anything like that. Checked it out, and had a great time! Really appreciate everything they've been able to provide so far.

Great Find!

I found this complex on this site and we are so glad we chose it for our move from Wisconsin! Since moving in, the office staff have been nothing but a joy to see when picking up packages and the property manager has been a great resource while navigating amenities we have never had in an apartment before. We even attended the first community event at Old Town Putt last night and had a blast chatting with the various staff and enjoying a round of mini golf. As more people move into The Quarry,... we look forward to meeting more neighbors at these events (especially since we are new to the area). Overall, we are super pleased with the quality and spaciousness of our unit! The private yard space off the patio has definitely been a highlight for us and our 1-year old puppy, even with the ongoing construction.
