Don't recommend

Place is not well maintained. Building itself is made terribly. Stairs are always cracking. Terrible insulation from the other apartments. Halfways are always dirty. Winters they add way to much salt on the floors. Like extremely.

Excellent staff, Convenient neighborhood, Great layouts

Coming up on two years here I have nothing but good things to say: walking distance to Costco and several food options. Easy access to Lowes and Micheals and Petsmart. Short bike ride to nature trails or downtown Main street.

I walk in the surrounding area regularly and find it safe and clean. There’s even a neighborhood park a short walk away.

Sophie, Rebecca and Ethan are all fantastic to work with if issues arise or information is needed!

I also like the layouts here better than any of the...
nearby apartment complexes. These just make sense to me.
