Over the years I’ve stayed in some pretty bad apartments both in staff and general care. But The Trails have been a really fantastic place to live. The community is lovely, the staff are always extremely helpful and sweet, and the apartments themselves are well kept and spacious. Love it here! :)

So far I have had 3 instances where the standards of work was unsatisfactory. Those included having to move because my original apartment was broken and dirty, they charged me incorrectly, and maintenance leaving their work area dirty.
