Too much Drama, some design/building flaws
Apartments have great Amenities in the Living space. NO extra storage or carports unfortunately. The exercise equipment is outdated for 62+ or anyone with Disabilities. However, there are concerns with some of the Tenants creating unnecessary Drama, Lack of respect for some of the other residents. aka Bullying. Staff has a high turnover and can be part of the problem too. Smokers have taken over the BBQ Covered area so unless you want to breathe in secondhand smoke which most HEALTH... oriented don't partake or can enjoy the common areas. The lease rules are not followed in regard to smoking in the building all the time. Nor are some of the rules enforced. Walls are too thin; Heating system doesn't seem adequate enough during Winter.
