Has gotten so much better

Over time and with the new management living here has gotten so much better. It takes a while to get things done but they get done and the rent is reasonable. I like it.

upgrade to a van down by the river

No dishwasher broken playground smokers everywhere crazy neighbors. One neighbor next door had to call cops on ft safety threat. Steve doesn't care about anyone from what I've seen. My rent was paid on time and he still put an eviction notice in on my door because he forgot to check the dropbox. I gave it to him and in more than one way told him where to stick it. There's countless things they need to fix but don't. The balcony is rotting. I have a birds nest in the ceiling above my air... conditioner. I've been here four years and they care nothing about me. I've been a good tenant paid bills on time and now Im feed up. Im looking for somewhere else to live.
