Beautiful Units, Great Staff, Fantastic Location
My husband and I decided to move back to Denver, my hometown, after decades away. We decided to rent to reacquaint ourselves since so much has changed. In a sea of rental units, this property stood out for many reasons: the central location within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, banking, etc.; the well-kept grounds and facilities; the spacious, well-appointed units with ample storage space; beautiful, newly renovated amenities; quality construction (I believe these were originally... built as condos); insane views of the mountains and the plains; and safety and security. I was afraid we’d need to rent storage after downsizing from our house with a garage, but our unit has such big closets we didn’t need to.
Staff and property management can make or break apartment living. We’ve had a great experience here so far. Kirk was our initial contact in the leasing office and helped guide us through the leasing acceptance process. He was also very helpful in getting us settled once we arrived. All the staff have been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I don’t know everyone’s names yet, but Tina, the concierge, is always friendly and communicative and Levi, the maintenance supervisor quickly addressed some things that needed fixing in our unit and gave us great tips about the area.
There was a pool party this week to open the beautiful new grill station, which was a nice welcome to the community. Hopefully, there will be more of these events. I’ve met many other dog owners in the building, and everyone has been friendly.
Writing this while overlooking the view out the window of the lush Cherry Creek trail, downtown, and the front range in the distance, I am confident we made the right decision.
