If there is one person I can help with this review, then it is worth my time. The management at this property are the absolute worst people in Denver without a doubt. They scammed my roommate and mines deposit after numerous attempts to get our deposit back when we didn’t do anything to warrant them not giving it back. As well as doing nothing to help us while we were living there. And out of fear for retaliation I’m not going to provide specifics or names, but not getting the deposit was the... least scummy practice these people did to us in comparison to everything they did. If you have any problem with your rental here, you are absolutely not going to get any support from management. They will do anything to fight you. How this place is still a business is beyond me, and I’m going to be taking them to small claims court. As well as file a report with the state for non-compliance to state renter laws. This review is a public warning to anyone considering applying here. I submitted an application on July 4, 2025, along with a $500 holding fee. My application was denied (that isn’t the issue). I was told I would receive my refund within 30-60 days. It has now been 68 days, and despite multiple attempts, I have not received a single cent of my money back.
The excuses I’ve been given are just as frustrating as the delay itself. On one hand, the company has blamed a "change in management" for the... issue, yet they flatly refused to provide me with the requested contact information for the previous company. On the other hand, the property manager, Dayna, personally told me she processed the refund herself, but then said she had no idea why I hadn't received it. The sheer incompetence and contradictory information is unbelievable.
I have repeatedly called the complex, emailed the property manager, and sent two formal demand letters—8/26 and 9/9. Since 8/26, there has been zero communication, no follow-up, and no status update whatsoever. This is not a simple oversight; it is a complete and unacceptable failure to provide a basic, routine administrative service. 90 degrees and the pools out of service. Tennis court net has been broken for a very long time. Pay a lot of money for amenities that rarely are available.

I have been living here for 5 years. The new administration has made too many bizarre and unnecessary changes. The pool is no longer open during the winter and its already june and its still closed and being "fixed" - though they had all year to do so. The rent went up while the quality goes down. The security gate is always open so anyone can drive in while the gate to leave is closed and takes ages to open making you late for the green light across the street. The amazon package room was... changed for a horrible service called fetch. Just one bad desicion after the other. The community app is a joke and doesn't incentevise anyone to use it anymore. I loved this place from the moment I move in. The place is wonderful, lots of amenities and safe for children and families. The apartment staff is very polite and patient. The place is clean and I see people working on the properties all the time. Glad I found a place to call home.
