They don't care

As another reviewer said it, expect to pay. They don't care if your car is towed right off the lot you pay for. They don't actually care about you at all.

I've had bed bugs for over 3 months.
There was a huge bug-infested pile of trash sitting outside the dumpsters for over a month. I cannot say enough so I'll simply say--do NOT move in here.

Incompetence is just the start, expect to pay

If you want to park, expect to pay. If you get towed, expect to pay. If you walk out of your building and forget your keys, someone might let you back in or expect to pay.

Nice apartments, amazing incompetence

I've been here 6 months and the front door lock has been broken since I moved in. The mailboxes for my entire apartment have been broken into at one point, water/hot water has been shut off multiple times, and just found out today that there will be no heat this February weekend.

Amenities and the apartments themselves are pretty nice, but it doesn't make up for all the other issues they seem to have.
