Nice apartments, amazing incompetence
I've been here 6 months and the front door lock has been broken since I moved in. The mailboxes for my entire apartment have been broken into at one point, water/hot water has been shut off multiple times, and just found out today that there will be no heat this February weekend.
Amenities and the apartments themselves are pretty nice, but it doesn't make up for all the other issues they seem to have.
