Good apartment
This property has been good so far. The leasing agent, landlord, and especially maintenance man are very nice. I have gotten help quickly anytime I have submitted a work order. I do think that it takes a long time for other people from the leasing agency to respond to requests (other than maintenance), although in my situation, they have always gotten back to me. I like the location of the apartment too - easy commute to downtown and very close to cheesman park. It has been a very livable space... so far.

Zero security, terrible management, wouldn’t suggest!
This Apartment has to be the worst I have ever lived in, from the management not even having the audacity to email me back due to my safety concerns for going on three days now. There has been homeless living in the basement in the storage units, that have breached the doorway in the back, there’s constantly drug activity on the staircase, where the dumpster is, this is not a safe place to live, nor have an animal near. I have walked by and seen multiple needles on the premise, I unfortunately... will be having to get my lawyer involved due to the management at this property not taking initiative to fix any of our tenant problems. I will not live in this unsafe environment, especially when they are offering new tenants a better price than I pay myself. Certainly reevaluate your living standards if you want to move here, if you don’t care too much about possibly stepping on a needle or sleeping with homeless underneath you in your own basement/laundry room then this might be a perfect spot for you. However, I think it is a terrible spot for me and my dog!
