Paper thin walls
These apartments have paper thin walls you can literally hear your neighbors whispering, they have no maintenance around the building, the lock to get in the building has been broken for months and if you want to get stuck with Centurylink these are the apartments for you because they won’t allow comcast to provide service, and also theres no AC for these apartments and with the bad insulation job they did it gets HOT in the summer.

Average but clean
Nice, clean, well maintained apartment building. Dogs allowed for an additional 40 fee each pet and a 500 nonrefundable deposit. Average GE basic appliances, inexpensive carpet, standard counter tops. Nothing fancy for 1300 month for a 2 bedroom. No elevator for the second floor.
