Mountain Vista

I like living here for the most part. Staff is friendly, but now its hard to get a hold of someone at the leasing office when you call.

Quality of the units is fair. I think past contractors got lazy when turning over my current unit. There are dents in the wall that could've been filled in instead of heavily painted over. Paint is NOT glue. Some of the doors in my unit are painting so heavily that they don't close all the way. My only other complaint about the units are the single pane... windows that are quick drafty during super hot days and super cold days. I like the lay out of them though and the faux hardwood flooring throughout is nice!

I love my building at 465! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help. I do wish trash weren't left outside the dumpsters and some people don't always clean up after their dogs, but mostly, it's all right.

Why does the laundry room smell like weed? I thought we weren't supposed to smoke in the units?

So far so good. I love living here so far. My apartment is in good shape, there's peace and quiet I can barely hear my neighboors, the leasing staff were so nice and they gave me a welcome gift with basic necessities which was so thoughtful. It's a nice area, and best of all I can actually afford to live here.

Me ha gustado vivir acá es comodo tranquilo y el apartamento muy bonito pero si tengo una observacion y si es muy incómodo q los dueños de perros los sacan hacer sus necesidades al frente y dejan las heces en el patio q creo yo es de recreacionar con la familia dejan un mal olor y cuando uno quiere salir a caminar es una odisea para no pisar el popo q dejar en todas partes mi hijo salió al frente de la puerta de nuestro apartamento y se ensucio los zapatos De verdad es muy incómodo está... situación donde hay un Basusero y bolsas en el centro del patio. I was smooth. Ruby was great and easy to work with. From the app to the lease to even moving in. Great area and close to everything like kings soopers and ace hardware
