Decent area to live in, the townhomes themselves need to be updated. They recently had a management company change and it seems as bad as the previous management team. They are very behind on everything. Maintenance is non existent. Be prepared to wait months…

I fall in love with the community, it felt like home driving up to it. It is very quiet and peaceful…I have been working with Destiny from start to finish and she made this process so easy for me.. she took all my stress out of me going through the process of moving in. Destiny is amazing!

Old community but renovations happening slowly. Some units have been fully renovated while others haven’t. Looking forward to a renovated unit and living here long term.

It was good. The staff answered my millions of questions and helped fine me the perfect unit for me. I wish they had helped with a few of the little things a little more but overall way better then what I have dealt with at other places.

I want to give a shout out to the team and the Property for their quick response to resolving hand rails for stairs after being notified of them being wobbly. Literally the next day after them being notified that the rails were wobbly, there’s someone out fixing and replacing. This is a big deal because in places I’ve lived in the past, they usually waited a week or more after being told about something similar needing repair. The key is always communication, so once you let them know about... something, either via work order or walking in in person, this team has been and continues to be fast response - both maintenance and office.
I’ve resigned my 15 month lease last year, and I plan to keep on. Thanks team!
