Destiny makes living here so comfortable. She is so friendly and helpful! I have recommend family to move here when there lease is up. The maintenance staff are all so friendly and very fast and efficient when I put work orders in.

Right now this is day 3 with out proper hot water. Luke warm water at best. My wife and I have called several times. We get notifications that the problem is resolved the the problem still is very evident by the fact I can not take a shower in the freezing water.

I love our home but they said all the appliances were new ( we know they were not). We feel they did a quick clean up from the last tenants. Office staff is nice and helpful but maintenance is not the greatest. We have cameras inside our home and we watched one guy kick an item across the room, then was talking bad about us. I guess we had some stuff we put on the stairs that fell and that was what prompted them to kick stuff and talk bad about us. When coming out to fix something ( usually… something that was poorly fixed before move in) they just quick do the job and we end up needing them to come out again.
