Very happy!

I stumbled onto Railside Denver through Apartments.com while I was searching earlier this year for an apartment.

When I pulled up to the property, I was happy with how new the property looked. The tour convinced me pretty quickly that this was where I wanted to be. Amenities are really nice, property is only a couple of years old. The light rail station literally next door is super convenient - W line is about 20 min to downtown Denver.

Honestly, the staff at Railside Denver are my favorite... part of the whole equation. They have been fantastic - quick to respond to questions and problems.

Nice apartments

I've lived here for about a year now and just renewed my lease. The biggest reason is the manager and maintenance. Any work order I've put in has been fixed within a day or two, and the office staff are really helpful. I like that its a secure building and not anybody can just walk in. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and I see the cleaning lady here a lot making sure the building stays clean.
No apartment is perfect, there isn't a lot of guest parking but you can have them park at the... RTD lot and its a short walk, but overall it's been a great place to live.
